I was so excited to cover the Imelda and Glenn´s wedding in city
of Ambon, Maluku. Besides it was for my job to capture a
wedding, I did a little trip for few days around the city to see Ambon
in closer look, oh how I love traveling. The flight took about 7 hours and had to make two time transits in
Jakarta and Makassar before reaching Ambon, the city that´s called City
of Music but it is more well known by Ambon Manise which means The Sweet
Ambon.
Imee and Glenn were Ambonese but they worked in Jakarta and they were a very humble couple.
Imee´s
family, de Lima, me very friendly and warm and meeting with Imee´s big
family made me know a bit more about Ambon. All Imee´s grandmother,
aunties and uncles told me alot of things about Ambon, I loved listening
to their stories. I began to like this city.
About the wedding, what can I say, it was perfect! They were singing and dancing all night long.
